1 small bag of coleslaw mix
1/2 cup of mayonnaise (preferably Dukes)
2 tbs White Wine vinegar
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp celery seed
Sea salt (to taste)
Crushed Black Pepper (to taste)
Dried Cranberries (garnish)
Crushed Pecan (garnish)
1 small bag Medium Cooked Shrimp
2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
In a mixing bowl, add coleslaw, mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, celery seed, salt & pepper and blend well (add more Mayonnaise if dry). In a separate bowl, add old bay seasoning to shrimp and mix well to get all shrimp coated. Plate salad first, then shrimp, and garnish with dried cranberries & pecans. DELICIOUS!!!
