John 10: 10 – Steal And Kill And Destroy

Good morning and happy Monday. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

In this passage John 10:10, Jesus says that the thief comes to steal, seize, invade, deceive, carry away the property that belongs to another, carry away the sheep of Christ, and to kill and destroy the souls of men by false teachings, by false doctrines, and by poisoning the minds of men.

However, the Great “I AM”, Jesus the Christ has come that the children of God may have life spiritually here, and life eternally hereafter; and that they might have the abundance of grace from Christ, abundance of spiritual blessings, and a more lively hope in this life, and all the fullness of joy, happiness, and glory in eternity.

Your life has been ordained by God and He has great plans for you. However, the enemy comes to deceive, destroy, a devour you in hopes that you will never receive the promises of God. Be encouraged today because Jesus came to give you life and that you might have it more abundantly! Don’t allow anyone or anything to steal, kill, or destroy your dreams, aspirations, promises, blessings, and your God given purpose!
