Thank God you made it to the weekend! What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
In this passage Romans 8:31, the Apostle Paul says: what shall we say to these afflictions, sufferings, infirmities? Shall we murmur and complain? We already know that all these things are working together for our good, and they are not worthy to be compared to the glory that shall be revealed in us.
Paul concludes this verse by saying: seeing that God is for us, He loves us, He has affection for us, He blesses us, and He has bestowed grace and glory upon us, then who can be against us? Who can injure or destroy us? None can stand against Jehovah God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit our Comforter; not satan, nor sin, nor man, and not even the world can stand against our God.
In life you’re going to be faced with trials, affliction, trouble, and sorrow, but when you know that God is for you and that He is on your side, you can rest assured that you have the VICTORY and that no one and nothing can stand against our Great and Mighty God!
Have a good weekend and know that I love you so very much
