Fresh or frozen Tilapia filet
1tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1tsp Zatarain’s Blackened Seasoning
Pinch of salt & pepper
Spicy Remoulade:
1tbsp Dukes Mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp Ketchup
1tsp Cajun Seasoning
2 dashes of hot sauce
Season Tilapia with blackened seasoning. Salt, and pepper on both sides. Heat olive oil in frying pan. Sear for 5-7mins on each side. While searing, in a separate bowl, mix ingredients to the spicy remoulade and refrigerate until ready to serve. Once tilapia is completely done, plate and drizzle sauce and serve.
