Oxygen deficiency is a real health epidemic of our time. It occurs in the body when we breathe in air less than 20.0 percent oxygen by volume. The most common type of oxygen deficiency is hypoxia (a lack of oxygen at the cellular level), and it arises when there is a lack of oxygen in the tissues. An insufficiency of cellular oxygen equals cancer cells.
Eat an Alkaline diet. Increase the amount of plant-based foods and reduce the number of processed foods.
Exercise. Increase daily aerobic exercise, such as walking, hiking, rebounding and bicycling.
Breathe deeply. Take slow, light and quiet breaths through your nose, from the diaphragm rather than your chest.
Hydrate. Divide your body weight in half (if you weigh 180 pounds, drink 90 ounces of water each day) If you exercise and sweat profusely, add another liter of water with half a teaspoon of sea salt to replenish electrolytes.
Air quality. Add house plants (Areca Palm, Snake Plant, Rubber Tree, Boston Fern, Aloe Vera Plant). Quit smoking, especially indoors. Replace chemical-laden, toxic cleaning products with chemical-free ones. Remove all aerosol sprays (deodorant, hair spray, air fresheners). Open windows for fresh air. Get a HEPA air purifier.
Healthy lifestyle- Get a massage. Laugh often. Take a vacation at sea level. Go on an intermittent fast. Walk one hour daily. Sit less move more. Address nutritional deficiencies.
